No images may be copied, reproduced, re-sold or used in any way by printing, electronic means or any other method without written permission of Rainhill Photo or it's owners. The purchase of any photographic product from us does NOT include any copyright permission to reproduce or copy the image by any method unless spcecifically stated.

Any photography specifically involving children (e.g. school sports day) will be either posted on a password protected gallery for viewing and ordering OR only available to buy at the event OR only available to buy via the school or organisation. We will respect the wishes of the school or organisation. (Schools,organisers please contact us for further details)

Event photography.

T + C as per All photography.
We do not normally charge organisers to attend events but this is on the understanding that we will be the only commercial photographers at the event and that, in our estimation, there are sufficient numbers attending to waive any attendance fee. We will, of course, cover smaller events such as family parties etc. - please contact us with your details.  
If we cannot attend the event for any reason e.g. illness, we will attempt to provide cover with another event photographer on the same terms.

Portrait photography.

T + C as per All photography There is no online gallery for viewing or ordering portrait photographs apart from pictures taken as part of an event unless you request that we do so, this gallery can be password protected if you wish.

Wedding Photography

T + C as per All photography. We can display photos on our gallery for guests to purchase - this can be password protected if you wish. All wedding photography is subject to a non-refundable deposit of £75.00, with the balance paid in full at least 7 days prior to the wedding day. You will receive a C.D. with all photos purely for your own use subject to our normal T + C's.
